Anawangin Cove: Nostalgic of the past

The Anwangin cove is situated in San Antonio a second class municipality in the province of Zambales, Philippines.

Anawangin cove is a crescent shaped white sand beach with crystal clear water. What makes the place interesting is a towering agoho trees around the vicinity.

Agoho trees is a pine-like trees which is endemic in the country. They grow in this place high toward the sky.

The beautiful cove is a nostalgic of the violet disaster of the past. Elderly told me that the beach before is used to be rocky but the Pinatubo pour a large amount of volcanic ash and mold a lavish view of vegetation and marsh.

This is the perfect place for both ocean adventure, camping and hiking. Sunset viewing (see also the 5 stunning sunset view in Anawangin Cove) at dust and star gazing during the night.
